About the Journal

MANUSKRIPTA (ISSN: 2252-5343, e-ISSN: 2355-7605) is a scholarly journal published by the Indonesian Association for Nusantara manuscripts or Masyarakat Pernaskahan Nusantara (MANASSA) in collaboration with National Library of Indonesia. It focuses to publish research-based articles on the study of Indonesian and Southeast Asian manuscripts.
 
MANUSKRIPTA aims to preserve and explore the diversity of Southeast Asian manuscripts and communicate their localities to the global academic discourse. The journal spirit is to provide students, researchers, scholars, librarians, collectors, and everyone who is interested in Southeast Asian manuscripts, information of current research on them. We welcome contributions both in Indonesian and English relating to Southeast Asian manuscript studies. All papers will be peer-reviewed to meet the highest standard of scholarship.
 
MANUSKRIPTA has been accredited by The Ministry of Research and Technology /National Agency for Research and Innovation, Republic of Indonesia as an academic journal (Decree No. 148/M/KPT/2020). The Journal has been ranked 3rd in SINTA.
